Cosplay Creativity
Okay. Well, I've had my share of being bored and the whatnot, so I figured I'd say something today. Out of curiosity I decided to get creative with cosplay. So, chances are, I'll be a Dark Terry Bogard. Simply because I don't want to wear a wig. I would love to dye my hair, though. White would be a nice color. Anyway, I'm going to see how it turns out tomorrow. Wish me luck...

Unexpected Wants
Well. After playing my share of BlazBlue (as seen in the previous post), I've already decided to learn a few new things just so I can work on a costume from it. And of course, the character of choice is Ragna. (Look to the picture in the previous. For that matter, keep in mind that everything in this post relates to that one!) He has gotten my interest and I've already begun plans for the costume itself. I am hoping I get lucky...

BlazBlue Review (Location Test at Anime Expo)
During my time at Anime Expo, I got to play a fighting game I was eagerly waiting for that was called BlazBlue. It is from the same makers who brought us Guilty Gear, Hokuto No Ken (fighting game), and Jake Hunter. Arc Systems really outdid themselves despite it being an Alpha (or Beta, I forgot which one it was.) build. I was really impressed with the visuals and how the game itself played. I am now waiting for them to release it officially along with Guilty Gear 2: Overture. It is a rather exciting time for me, so I've my fingers crossed.
Back to the review:
BlazBlue was one hell of a game in its own. The game play felt much like Guilty Gear yet it played rather differently in terms of pace and combos. Despite any complications it played smoothly and still kept me entertained, addicted even. I decided to begin my playing session with the main character, Ragna the Bloodedge. And was I surprised. He played a lot like a Order-Sol with tons of upgrades. In fact, his instant kill was even more awesome to witness and use. I had a rather great time practicing whenever I could, and put my efforts solely to getting better and mastering his combos. The time I spent playing it was well-spent because I didn't care if anyone beat me because I was having that much fun.
Only complaint I had was the recovery system. I think Arc may have skipped a few things, but considering the stage it's in... I'd bet my ass that they'd fix that. We need a faster recovery speed so there can be more heart-pumping gaming session of BlazBlue.
I was also reviewing how others played. Considering the cast's limited numbers, I watched as Noel Vermillion, a female character wielding dual pistols worked the crowds of players. Her combos are rather versatile and I expect her to remain in the top tiers because of that. But the facts of the matter remain. BlazBlue is Arc's new fighter with elements from Guilty Gear, allowing players who are familiar to GG to get good quickly at BB without much difficulty. I have enough confidence to say that it will be the next big fighter, and I will gladly shell out the necessary money to get a copy once it comes on console.

Note to Self
Stupid me. I just had to save over my good save in Persona 3. I love that game, but there's a limit to my own stupidity that allows tolerance. And dammit, today was FAIL. Now I'm pissed. But At least I can start over with the super awesome Orpheus Persona, so I'm all good.

Stuff that happened today.
Today was kinda good, I guess. I was working and the whatnot, then somehow, my dumb ass trips back, and injures my ankle. Yep, so I might be limping for a day or two. I don't care. I got my hair cut and I can be young Klavier tomorrow so OBJECTION, bitches.

Senselessly tasty drinks
Brawndo Thirst Mutilator 1
Brawndo Thirst Mutilator 3
Power Thirst
Okay, you'd think I'd be insane to even touch any of that crap, but still. I say that you oughta check the links in question out. Although I was weirded out as much as everyone else should be. What weirds me out is the fact that there is an actual Brawndo site. I'm not kidding, in fact here it is!

So folks, before you decide to call me insane, look at that site and THEN say that.

Manga. I can draw! ZOMG!
Wow. I can draw stuff that's not crap for once. It scares me. People actually like my art, so I decided to make a Manga for Court-Records.net's forum members. Character cast is consisting of those who I have personally reviewed for their sprites. I must say that I have gotten an impressively designed cast and I am proud of my work for now. I plan to make it much better art-wise, so bear with me here. The manga is basically a bonding of people in the universe that fuses both real and fictional. Meaning that the gag comics will involve firing of lasers or people getting shot in court.

IRON MAN! FLY AWAAAAAAAAYYYY!!!!!
Iron Man today was awesome. It had its good and bad, but I believe that I really need to read the comic though. The fact that (Spoilers ahead) Starks did indeed reveal himself to be Iron Man is possibly a setup for a sequel for the next Iron Man which will hopefully take place during the Civil War in Marvel. But yes, I did like the movie and believe it to be one of the best of the new age movies. Transformers sucked, and Speed Racer looks awesome. I hope they put a techno-beat to the Speed Racer theme song, because the movie looks too futuristic to not pull that off.
Upon re-watching Iron Man, I have indeed come to discover that none other than Samuel L Jackson shows up as Nick Fury. I have even more anticipation for the next MARVEL superhero movie.

Ah Yes, Justice Shall Be Served
So I was thinking about my cosplay (costume-play in short) agenda. Considering that I am indeed going to be cosplaying Klavier Gavin from Phoenix Wright (or Gyakuten Saiban) 4, or as it is said in the states, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, I have decided on one thing. I want to be a kind of boss-mode prosecutor where I act out the animations of various prosecutors in previous games. Using that to my knowledge, I decided to hold a trial for a person whom I have classified as my target and a defendant in a case that I plan to win to make sure people know who he really is.
This isn't a matter of whether or not I like him, it's a matter of whether or not I can have a date around his perverted ass. He hit on my friend's girlfriend and that doesn't exactly make me wish to have mine (Given I get one. :P) around either.
Considering the fact that I have procured numerous tidbits of evidence, I have decided to place the setting of such a dramatic case in the battlegrounds that many anime fans should consider dramatic enough to contain the madness that is the case. What I plan to do is lure my target to where the case will be, then put him in the defendant's seat.
But before that, I will recruit a neutral judge. That judge will win me the case easily considering that the evidence against the target himself is rather legitimate. The evidence in question is a few testimonies and printed conversations that put light to truths that are unknown to those whom they may or may not concern. Regardless, they will concern everyone because now that there's a bit of disturbing reality under the evidence's existence, there will be unrest.
Chaos is what I will rely on. And if the target knows who he is and what I am up to then reads this, I will say one thing:
"For obstructing justice in the community of cosplay, I have been summoned to put you to trial for your actions of dishonor and perverse nature. The community has requested that I, Klavier Godot deal with you personally, and I shall. You will be tried in the Court of Cosplay at a date and time of my choice. I ask that you remain professional about this because of one thing... that thing is your innocence. If you truly think you are innocent, show up. Regardless, I have evidence that proves my actions justified. Failure to comply will result in a guilty verdict without a single word from you, but from an appointed defender. Your verdict will be given to you by way of letter. Once this is all over, I will be neutral toward you. Argue all you like. Resistance is futile."
